We had the pleasure of shopping for rugs for our home at this little store yesterday and were overwhelmed with how great the service was and how reasonably priced the rugs were!!Having spent many years in Customer Service myself it is rare to find the kind of service the owner gives at this store!We got all 3 rugs at a much lower price than other places and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for area rugs!!

Bought this large area rug from The rug store. Jacob was a big help in helping us pick a rug. Also is full of knowledge when it comes to rugs. Also the song in the commercial is sick... Good prices, amazing customer service and I can't stress enough that Jacob did an outstanding job.

Great place with a really nice selection. Staff were attentive and helpful! Their suggestions weren't invasive or annoying, but genuinely helpful for first-time rug buyers.They have really great prices and deals on top of that!Recommending to all of my friends and family!

I have seldom had the shopping experience I had at the Rug Store today. Friendly staff with NO pressure. Beautiful products and I literally could not believe the prices. I sent pictures of their products to family members that were looking for a rug.They were so helpful and genuinely were interested in helping me.Such a great experience.

Found out about this store because of their absolute fire YouTube ads. We were not let down! Best prices we have found on quality rugs not to mention the amazing and friendly service. We will certainly be back to furnish the rest of our home.

I came to the new location this evening to get rug for my moms house and I am so happy i went there. My sister bought her area rug from them few months ago and she has been talking about it. The service we received was impeccable and I will be definitely recommending them to each and every body i know in my circle for such a good quality area rugs . Great Service :)
